My professional journey and achievements

I am proud to share some key milestones that have shaped my nursing career. These include my induction into the Nursing Student Honor Society, my active participation as a member of the GSW Student Nursing Association, successfully graduating with my ASN from GSW School of Nursing, and passing the NCLEX. Each of these achievements reflects my dedication and growth in the nursing profession.

Goals for the next 1 to 3 years

My short-term goals include completing my BSN program, strengthening my oncology nursing competencies, and expanding my knowledge in evidence-based practice. Looking ahead, my long-term goals involve transitioning into a Nurse Consultant role, developing a clinical consulting and training business, and advancing into leadership or education within nursing. After completing my BSN, I aim to further my education into the Master's program at GSW in either Informatics or as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner.
